Rick Ross Flips Script on TMZ
If you work for TMZ, hide your camera, hide your cell phone when Rick Ross comes around. The Bawse was recently in NYC promoting MMG’s compilation album, Self Made 3, when he was accosted by the same TMZ cameraman who he turned the tables on last time. This time, Rozay gets TMZ founder Harvey Levin aka “Hervis” on the phone and the hilarity continues.

The wait is finally over at least according to ScHoolboy Q. Earlier today, Q tweeted that he turned in the final version of Oxymoron to Top Dawg Entertainment. “I take foreva but I feel it’s time now!!!,” he tweeted.
Off the strength of “Collard Greens” featuring Kendrick Lamar, Q’s next full-length should be one to look out for. Currently, the imprint has not announced a release date, but you can expect one sooner than later.

Album Review: Gucci Mane "Diary Of A Trap God"
Gucci returns to the trap just a month short of the release of his "World War III" series. After a few days of twitter beef Gucci blesses the streets with "Diary Of A Trap God". The free LP just builds on Gucci's already undeniable uncatalogued. He flows flawlessly over production by the usuals ( Zaytoven, Lex Luger, 808 Mafia).
The LP starts off with "decapitated" with a menacing beat by Zaytoven they almost remake that 2005-2008 chemistry. Gucci addresses his recent beef on "Keep it Real" as he rhymes " I Feel Wooh & Frenchie mad They On that Broke Shit". That songs just leads me to think that it was recorded in the last two days. Some songs from "Trap house 3" pop up but that may go unnoticed to those who haven't heard it. "Pablo" ft E40 is a stand out record as-well as "Cutters" ft Plies.
Lyrically Gucci Mane hasn't lost a step and continues to pump out quality street music. The Bigger than Life Ego he brings to every track provides the spark that records need when the brick talk gets dull. Laflare doesn't hesitate to call out any rapper or entertainer that he has a problem with. With all the beef and headlines he's making it was only right to drop his LP.
Gucci doesn't break any new grounds but he continues to do what he does best and that TRAP. All in all its better than his last release and we see Laflare moving more into this villain persona he has been building on lately

Album Review : Yo Gotti "Nov 19th: The Mixtape"
Yo Gotti returns with the second installment if you will of his album release date themed mixtape series (ie: January 10th: the mixtape) Gotti starts off the mixtape reflecting on all of his issues as of late and everything going on as his album nears on "Intro Gangsters Don't Talk". With lines like "My nigga boosie coming home, I might be going in" or "I'm living out a movie lets rewind time" it gives the track a more realistic feel. Other highlights includ "Breathe Freestyle" where Gotti finds himself rhyming "Griselda Blanco nigga, Head honcho nigga, put a stack on yo head show you thats not yo nigga". If you listened to the first installment you would know that Gotti also uses the tape as a platform to launch some of his CMG artist and he does the same here. one of the standout artist he featured on the tape is long time affiliate Zed Zilla and he shows why he with CMG on "On My Own" ft Shy Glizzy. Furthermore another song to catch to is the auto tune tinged "Yayo" by Snootie ft Yo Gotti. All in all gotti did not recreate what he did on the first installment but he does add another enjoyable tape into his already bulky Discography.
