Jeezy Blames Freddie Gibbs For Ruining Eminem Relationship

Jeezy says Freddie Gibbs burned a bridge between him and Eminem.
Jeezy recently explained how he felt Freddie Gibbsruined relationships, including his work withEminem.
"When the whole ordeal was going on, I was more disappointed than anything," Jeezy said in an interview with New York radio station Hot 97. "I messed up a lot of relationships, even with Eminem, just by me putting Gibbs on the record that was for me and, trying to convince Em to do the record, and the record leaking in the process. That burned a great bridge for me. Eminem is my dude. Me putting [Gibbs] on song with T.I. - putting him on three or four of my mixtapes - and me paying for videos that he didn't use because when he showed up to the set too late for them to shoot, and it's all my money."
“To be honest, it could have,” Jeezy said. “I put him on a song with Eminem. I put him on a song with T.I. I put him on numerous mixtapes that I had. I took him on tour. Took him around the world. I spent money on videos that he didn’t use cause he didn’t like em. And it wasn’t his money. So, at the end of the day my whole thing was to him was ‘I took you to every label in the game. They don’t wanna sign you. I don’t have no reason—I love you. You know what I’m saying? I think your music is dope, but they don’t want to sign you.’ So, at the end of the day when I called him up I was like ‘Yo, I can’t really spend my money on you. I got family, other shit I gotta take care of. So, I’ll help you all I can, but I can’t fund it anymore.’ Cool. Conversation went well. We got off the conversation it was straight, love. I hear diss records. What I’m supposed to do? I’m not replying to that. Nigga, we getting money…At the end of the day we all tried. It didn’t work. That shit happens in business all the time.”
In the new Hot 97 interview, Jeezy also compares himself to Tupac.
"Nobody in this game got my credentials," he says. "Just me and 'Pac. As far as Hov, Hov is a businessman. Me and 'Pac is more so on revolutionary leadership. Hov, that's my G. I respect anything he do. But he's a boss. He makes boss moves. Me and 'Pac, we always on the ground level, trying to motivate and inspire."

Drake Says Kendrick Lamar Is Legendary, A King

Amid rumors of a feud between Drake and Kendrick Lamar, Drake took a moment to celebrate the Compton, California emcee at his recent OVO Fest
"While I got you here on stage," he said to the crowd, "While you all got your phones out. I want to shout out my nigga, Kendrick Lamar. Shout out to Kendrick. Kendrick was on my album. We went on tour together. That’s one of the hardest niggas alive right there. He’s legendary. He should be standing right there. There's a lot of kings in this shit."
Drake said this with J. Cole standing beside him. Last month, Drake had a similar moment next to J. Cole, only that time, Drake omitted other rappers.
"There's only two kings in this shit right now," Drake said at the time. "They're standing on this stage."
That fueled rumors of a feud between Drake and Lamar.
In August of last year, Drake spoke on Kendrick Lamar's "Control" verse, in which K. Dot said he was trying to murder every rapper in the genre.
"I didn't really have anything to say about it," Drake said. "It just sounded like an ambitious thought to me. That's all it was. I know good and well that Kendrick's not murdering me, at all, in any platform. So when that day presents itself, I guess we can revisit the topic."

Lil Durk Drops "Signed To The Streets 2"

lil durk drops off his latest mixtape stream below

Lil Durk Details Tyga Beef Origin

Lil Durk says beef with Tyga stemmed from Blac Chyna mention, adds that he has no problem with Tyga.
Although several disses have been exchanged in the feud between Lil Durk and Tyga, the exact origin of the beef between the two rappers has remained unclear. But in a newly-published interview with Vlad TV, Durk spoke on the reason why the two had a falling out.
According to Lil Durk, Tyga became offended at a particular lyric he added to a song they were to collaborate on. On the song, which has yet to be released, Durk raps, “What do strippers swallow? Maliah, Blac Chyna, just don't tell Tyga.”
The Chicago rapper says Tyga wanted the lyric changed since it mentioned his girlfriend, Blac Chyna. Durk then added that he became upset with Tyga because he felt he was trying to fake him out in regards to the song.
“It was just a line about Blac Chyna,” Durk said. “I said ‘What do strippers swallow? Maliah, Blac Chyna, just don't tell Tyga’…Yeah, the same day we was in the studio. He was like ‘Shout me out. I got you.’ I’m like ‘Fuck it. I got you. We gon’ do music together.’ So he’s like ‘Send me something over.’ He steady calling me like ‘Send me something over. Send me something over. Did you change it yet?’ So, I started like—After a while I started thinking he trying to bamboozle me. Like just to change it. You know what I’m saying? Don’t do a song. So, I felt that he was trying to fake me out. That’s why I got mad at him.”
Lil Durk says he still plans on releasing the song, but feels that Tyga won’t be as offended as he initially was. He also informed those watching that he has no problem with Tyga.
“Yeah, but it ain’t gonna be offensive,” he said when asked if the song will be released. “He ain’t gonna take it as much as he would have took it before. You know, everybody had the talk. French still trying to set the call up. Like I said before there really ain’t no problem. It ain’t a problem. Yeah, it ain’t no problem on my end…Everybody was vibing to it. That’s all I’mma say. Even he was vibing to it until he heard that part.”
Over the past few weeks, both Tyga and Lil Durk have exchanged disses in a series of records. Lil Durk first took aim at Tyga on Meek Mill’s “Chiraq (Remix)” while Tyga fired back with the Game-assisted “ChiRaq To LA.”

Jim Jones Addresses G-Unit, Dipset Tension, Says A$AP Mob Not From Streets

Jim Jones also compares Dipset to N.W.A.
During a recent interview with XXL, Jim Jones addressed tensions between Dipset and G-Unit.
"Ain’t no tensions," Jones says. "Nah, it’s a good time to jump back in the game. They got a lot of momentum. There are a lot of things that occurred in these past few weeks that kinda gave them a comeback. Shout out to the G-Unit."
Another Rap group the emcee addresses in the interview is A$AP Mob, a group he says is unlike Dipset.
"They weren’t from the street," Jim Jones says. "They’re a good group of kids and they’re artistic, but they’re not from the street and their style is way different than what we do. It’s a little bit far out there for me. We got bonafide swag and the definition of get fly, ya dig? I’m not trying to disrespect them—A$AP Mob is doing it, they got their numbers and they’re doing what they like to do—but they’re nothing like the Diplomats. They didn’t come up hanging and banging and hustling and really touching the pavement, ya dig? It’s a big difference. We don’t wear kilts and we don’t wear tight sweatpants and funny sneakers. That’s not our style. Price point and high fashion don’t really make it cool. I’ll still go in Wal-Mart and come out and niggas will still think it’s Versace."
Beyond G-Unit and A$AP Mob, Jim Jones also addressed Dipset's influence, referencing N.W.A.
"Maybe the most influential—besides N.W.A—when it comes to everything," he says. "When it comes to style, we’re probably the most influential. I don’t recall no other group giving it to the world the way we was giving it to them. If you can recall or if you know some people, let me know. It’s good. I take it as a compliment. A lot of people was watching."
